He has vast experience in domains like risk advisory, due diligence, audit & assurance, business process re-engineering, IFC, test of controls, ERP migration and implementation, business intelligence solutions through data analytics, designing automation solutions.

Shariff is a proficient legal expert who specialises in corporate law with a wealth of experience in Tribunals. He is particularly adept at representing the firm in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) proceedings, consistently achieving favourable outcomes for his clients. Shariff takes pride in his instrumental role in building one of the largest corporate secretarial teams.

Girish Kamath is a seasoned engineering and strategy leader with over 26 years of diverse experience in leadership, technology, and organisation development roles in the Technology Product industry. He has held senior roles in global organisations leading distributed R&D teams.Girish has vast experience in building and running technology teams across GCC’s.Currently he is guiding 2 companies to strategize and build their India Technology centres.Previously he was Vice President & Managing Director of Picsart Technologies, building the India technology centre for Picsart. Prior, he was Vice President & Managing Director India for Scientific Games India and grew the India GCC to 1,700+ strong.As a part of GCC setup and growth, he works closely with each organisation to understand the business and the vision. Using a 4-phase approach, works with the stakeholders to create a strategy and execution plan to meet the success criteria and deliver value to the business.He is also a Six Sigma Black Belt, which makes him passionate about metrics and continuous business process improvements.Girish also mentors’ founders of 4 product startup’s and keenly contributes towards the start-up eco-system.He is also involved in a social impact project which aims to generate employment in rural India.Girish holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Mysore.Being a sports enthusiast Girish loves to play Cricket, Table Tennis and Chess in his spare time.
